When I submit a quote does that mean my order is confirmed?
When you complete the form this does NOT confirm your order.
You will hear from me personally on the status of your inquiry. There are many variables that need to be determined before an order can be confirmed. If you have not heard from me about your order form within 24 hours of submitting please reach out to me via cell 469-422-5581.
I have not received confirmation about my order.
If you have not heard from me personally about your order, your order has not been confirmed.
Cakes are a wonderful delicious hobby I create on the side of my full time job. If you have not heard from me about your inquiry or are needing immediate assistance please shoot me a text!
Do you deliver?
I do not deliver, please make arrangements for the pick up of your order on or before the event date.

Pick-ups may be made weekdays after 6:30 pm or Saturday from 8:00 am-10:30 am.
Do I need to put down a deposit?
Deposits are not required to place an order. Cakes and other goodies are baked from scratch many times the day before your pick-up date to make sure they are as fresh as possible! This also allows for any date changes or cancellations. However please refrain from making a cancellation to your order no later than a week before your confirmed pick-up date!
How do I pay?
I accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Check, or Credit Card on the day of pick-up! (credit cards will charge an additional transaction fee)

My Cake has been damaged after pickup
I do my very best to insure all cakes and treats are sturdy and suitable for transportation. Upon pickup I will give verbal instructions on how to handle and care for your treats. Damages made after pickup are no longer my responsibility. Refunds will not be given to damaged goodies once they leave. Mistakes happen and if you ever need my assistance to help fix your treats please reach out!
Do you offer anything gluten free?
Yes! I offer a gluten free Vanilla and Chocolate cake!
Although cake pans are washed thoroughly after each use they are used for every cake including those that may contain wheat products and nuts. Please be aware there may still be traces of these and will not be suitable for those with celiac or high nut allergies.
Dixieland Designs is a home-based business under the Texas Cottage Food Law and is not subject to inspections by the Texas Department of State Health Services or local health departments
